Have you always wanted to run but didn't know when to start? Maybe it's been a few years since you laced up your sneakers and you want to ease back into running. If you can walk we can help you to run. Everyone is welcome to this relaxed and fun running class. We will cover the basics over 11 weeks to take you from 1 minute to 20 minutes of running! Class will involve a weekly seminar followed by a group run.
The weekly seminars will include topics like nutrition, shoe selection, safety, injury prevention and much more to help keep you healthy and motivated. Brian Sampson, Owner of Track & Trail your Run, Walk and Fitness Store, will be speaking at two of our weekly seminars. He will discuss proper foot wear selection at his first seminar and go over the basics of running clothing at his second seminar.
